Fragments - 2013

The installation is composed of various pieces made of black coated grès accompanied by opaque acetate elements, which are displayed on a horizontal surface.

"Planet Earth is our mother. It is richness to offer as gift, a culture container in which experiences and emotions left by 'passing' people trace the knowledge.
They are fragments that need to be preserved like pages of our history". (Sonia Casari)

This work of art, made of refractory clay and black oxide, was finalist in the L'Alcora-32cica2012 International Ceramic Contest in L'Alcora-Castellon (Spain)
in the year 2012, and it is still displayed inside the prestigious standing museum of ceramic art.
